An amazing experience! Our home sale closed in 21 days and over the listing price!! After being Covid unemployed for a year and a half, my husband got the perfect job offer. It was in Portland, OR and we were in Fresno, CA. And he had to start in 3 weeks. What did we do first? Call Cara!! We discussed the very basics with her, just a preliminary chat, and we flew to Portland for the weekend to find a place to live. While in Portland, Cara called and said 'I think I sold your house'. One day. We agreed on the price and she got to work. It was without doubt the easiest home sale I've ever experienced. With Cara's contacts, everything went super smooth and fast. All of the inspections and small repairs were completed, the paperwork was filed and we closed in a little over three weeks. I can not say it enough that what should have been an extremely stressful experience was handled with grace and professionalism, above and beyond everything else.
